E-counseling can consist of either e-mail, instant messaging, or virtual face-to-face sessions.  I can use Yahoo, MSN, or Skype.

E-counseling rates are $100.00 for an initial assessment, and $80.00 a session.  An assessment will consist of an initial psycho-social evaluation that I will e-mail to you and you will then fill out and return.  I also would like up to a page of what is currently going on, a “presenting problem” that you are seeking help with and for.  Sessions then consist of four e-mails that I will respond to.  I respond very rapidly to e-mail communication (the only delay is if I need a consultation in order to help provide a better service, in which case I will inform you of that situation).
